DESCRIPTION:
Brass casket of rectangular form with hinged coffered lid on raised feet.Engraved with roundels inward looking deer enclosing intertwined arabesques on a scroll ground. Surrounded by smaller roundels and scroll border.The lid with pseudo calligraphic bands and stylised human head terminals. The lock and hinges with foliate mounts.
