DESCRIPTION:
Of rectangular form, the main field moulded with a Persian inscription in large thuluth script highlighted in cobalt-blue, the ground with dense scrolls with trefoils, the upper band with a frieze of mirroring palmettes, a moulded band with small cartouches below, with turquoise highlights.
Condition Report:
In good condition, intact, some minor abrasion to raised naskh script with few small sections with associated nonentity of restoration some hairline cracks to glaze, a diminutive chip visible to reverse.
