DESCRIPTION: | Of rectangular form, the main field moulded with a Islamic inscription in large thuluth script highlighted in cobalt-blue, the ground with dense scrolls with trefoils, the upper band with a frieze of mirroring palmettes, a moulded band with small cartouches below, with turquoise highlights. |

Conditions report: | Overall, the Condition it’s intact, some minor abrasion to raised naskh script with a few small sections with associated restoration and overpainting, and to corners, some hairline cracks to glaze, and a chip visible to the reverse of the top left-hand corner, as viewed. |
