DESCRIPTION:
Of squat form with rounded base and inverted rim, the exterior engraved with a broad band of “Quranic inscriptions interchanging engraved with Jointly knotted “Y” Islamic geometrical patterns filled roundels, a band above and below of strips lines headed.
Condition Reports:
The bowl retains a very elegant aged patina. The engraved decoration is still crisp and the “Qur’anic” inscription with “Y” is vertically Jointly knotted and elegantly engraved in overall sufficient condition.
