Hausa, found chiefly in northwestern Nigeria and adjacent southern Niger.

DESCRIPTION:
Hallua Haussa Quran board from Nigeria. Material: wood, ink, pigments, leather, patina. Provenance: Sokoto region of Nigeria.  When the student is able to write the surah presents it to his master. If he does this with no mistakes, the sura can be erased and he can write the next one. Generally speaking, these ‘slates’ are kept in the family, the Quran forbids the owner to part from it refunded by bank transfer by me.
